Delivery
Delivery can be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery is within Mainland U.K. for all other areas including Channel Islands, N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Highlands, Europe and Worldwide please call our customer services department or email enquiries@dormouseinteriors.co.uk who will advise you on cost and availability or use our contact form. We would like to make you aware that multiple orders can be shipped on one deliver date to a single address with one delivery cost, if orders are sent out separately these will be charged individually. If you are unsure or would like any assistance please call our customer services department, the number is displayed on our website and brochure. Standard delivery is 3 working days on all orders received before 3.00pm, orders received after 3.00pm delivery is 4 working days. Please note working days are Mon-Fri. If you would like to change the delivery date or address please inform us within 7 days of delivery date, once dispatched you may incur delivery charges.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order we ask that you advise us 5 days before your planned delivery date and you will receive a full refund for any item purchased from our website or brochure. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused item provided it is returned in its original, undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 10 days from receipt of goods, (exceptions apply for hygiene and safety reasons on some items such mattresses). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, conditions apply, but not when a product is unwanted.
Always call Customer Services Department before returning any products who will advise you on our procedure and issue a returns no., otherwise charges may be incurred and refund refused.
