Placing your with Dormouse is very easy. The website has been developed to make ensure our customers can easily navigate, view and place orders with a few clicks. Please be advised we cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail, all orders must be placed on-line. A few simple steps to follow when placing an order;
1. Browse or search for the items you would like to order, this can be done through our ‘keyword search’ at the top of the page or simply by clicking on the tab for each collection.
2. You will be able to view each product and order item(s) by clicking ‘add to bag’ on the product details page, once you have added the item to your Shopping Bag you can continue shopping until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at anytime to view, update or change your order.
3. Take a moment to review the items, once you have completed your review proceed to ‘Checkout’.
4. You will be asked to register/sign In. If you have not already registered then click ‘New Customer’ and fill-in your customer profile form. This helps us to contact you and provide you with the latest information on Dormouse, we do not give your details to any third parties.
5. You will now proceed to checkout or if you would like to view/amend/add more items then you can update the Shopping Cart.
6. Our payment process takes you to ‘Paypal’ who will take your information to purchase your order, you do not have to register or have an account with Paypal to purchase our products.
7. Once you have completed the payment process your transaction is complete and confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. You can now return to the website or log-in to your account to track your order.
8. Please provide a U.K. postal address, we recommend you provide a work address in order to ensure delivery is not returned or alternatively our carriers will deliver to your home address, we always require a signature. To prevent fraud when delivering to your home address we will require your order to be delivered inside your front door. Please ensure you keep track of your order, delivery is normally 3-4 working days. Information of which carrier your products have been sent with will be on your ‘Account’ once your order has been despatched.
9. You can check your order status, please Log In to your account.
